Returns and Refunds Policy
Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on alcoholic beverages, tobacco products (including but not limited to cigarettes, nicotine products, & vapes). All such sales are final.

Change-of-mind returns, cancellations, or exchanges for these items are strictly prohibited.
Non-Alcoholic and Non-Tobacco Products

Non-alcoholic merchandise (e.g., glassware, accessories, gourmet food) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.

Returns must be authorized by Flask via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Flask is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Corked Wine Policy

Returns for wines confirmed to be corked (tainted with TCA) will be accepted if all the following apply:

The wine was purchased in-store (not shipped) and is returned within 30 days.

The bottle contains at least 80% of the original volume.

The wine is no more than 5 years old.

The wine is confirmed to be corked (TCA taint), recognizing not all wine faults qualify.

Weather-Related Shipping Damage

If you select ground shipping without requesting "hold for weather," Flask cannot be responsible for temperature-related damage such as seepage, frost, or protruding corks.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for damage caused by weather conditions when shipping instructions did not specify temperature control.
Other Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (food, flowers), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and certain health and personal care items are non-returnable and final sale.
Undeliverable Orders

Title and risk for alcoholic beverages transfer to the buyer upon payment processing. Undeliverable alcoholic orders remain buyer property. Flask will hold these orders for up to 12 months at no charge and may re-ship upon buyer’s instructions and expense.
Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, Flask will email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after Flask receives and inspects the returned product. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
