NV6 Cain Cuvee

Producer notes: "Merlot 49%, Cabernet Sauvignon 41%, Cabernet Franc 9%, Petit Verdot 1%. Of our three Cabernet blends, the NV6 Cuveé uses the most Merlot which creates the plush and supple base. Mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc lend aromatic complexity and a bit of edginess to the taste so that the wine will dance on your palate. Also original to the Cuveé is the use of a portion of the previous vintage: 96% 2005 and 4% 2004. This adds complexity and polish to the finish."
