2008 Pali Chardonnay Shea VineyardHailing from the much-lauded Shea Vineyard in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, the 2008 Pali Shea Vineyard Chardonnay is reminiscent of a great Chablis thanks to its mineral-laden qualities. With an almost green hue and aromas of wet stone, blanched almonds, lemon, honeysuckle, fresh apple and pear, the wine opens up on the palate in layers of steely grapefruit and lime, finishing with a hint of butterscotch.
