2007 La Fenetre Pinot Noir LBC

Deep brick red and slightly pale towards the rim, this wine is super elegant. It is medium bodied and very bright, but slightly shy. A little decanting or some swirling in the glass coaxes the delicate aromatics to burst forth in harmony with the underlying notes of fresh strawberry and clove jam and candied lime. There are also notes of rosemary and fresh thyme. The palate is accented by soft red fruit, cinnamon, soy sauce, and rose petals.
